Darby River to Tongue Point 22/10/24
Meeting in Fish Creek in the lane behind the BP Servo, ready to car pool to Darby River car park to start the walk at 9.45am.
This is one of Wilson Promontory's great walks. Darby River to Tongue Point offers great natural beauty and walking. The terrain varies and at times includes moderate climbs, sheltered tracks with magnificent natural vegetation. Exposed landscapes are followed by dramatic large rock formations dipping into rugged sea scapes. The walk will also include a diversion to secluded Fairy Cove.
Please bring your own lunch. morning tea and snacks. Carry plenty of water, wear appropiate clothing and sun protection.Walking poles are recommended. Toilets located in Fish Creek and at Darby River.
