The wind had eased a little from the previous days, for the three of us to enjoy this easy flat, but invigorating walk. The coastal tee tree makes a very sheltered micro climate in any weather, and with the stunning views of Anderson Inlet, towards Eagles Nest and out into the “wild blue Yonder” surf beach, this walk has it all.
We had fallen trees and water to negotiate due to recent storms, Point Smythe is very much a “changing face” as mother nature transforms the point. Truly a great walk finished by coffee at Tarwin Lower, thanks to Maree & Helen for their company on another great day out. Roz S.
