Marlo Base Camp 23-27 Oct - Paddling
Marlo - Paddling Base Camp
23rd to 27th October 2024
Join with Strezlecki Bushwalking Club for 3 days paddling in East Gippland based from Marlo.
The plan is to paddle on Thursday 24th , Friday 25th and Saturday 26th October leaving Wednesday and Sunday as travel days.
We will be staying at:

Please make your own booking. I have booked a powered site, mention that you are with the Walking Club and we should get a discount.
Our paddles will be weather dependent, there are protected waters if the Wind Gods come out to play
- Brodribb River.
- Snowy River.
- Cabbage Tree Creek
- Yeerung River
Come for one day or come for four, whatever suits you.
Normal equipment for paddle safety, including first aid and PECMI form.
Bring everything you need for camping, plus your food supplies…nearest Supermarket is Orbost.
We will go out to the Marlo pub for tea one night.
