2024 Annual General Meeting and Club Social Event
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the South Gippsland Walking and Adventure Club is to be held at the Inlet Hotel, Inverloch on Friday 15 November 2024 commencing at 6:30pm which will be followed by a relaxed dinner.
The business of the annual general meeting will be as follows:
Agenda
- To confirm the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
- To receive and consider the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Club during the preceding year
- To receive and consider the financial statements of the Club for the 2023-24 financial year
- To elect committee members
- To confirm the annual subscription and joining fee for 2025-26
