Uphill to the "Tramline" then its all flat easy walking, as the name suggest, the track was cut to accommodate the tram track, an important part of Walhalla's very interesting past. Once we reached "the hill", then its straight down to Thompson station. Drinks and eats to refresh before we turned around to repeat the walk back to Walhalla. Wendy and Ed choose to catch the train for the return trip. Lunch at the Wally pub was a great ending to a fantastic walk. Thanks a heap to Helen for organising and leading the walk, Roz, Val Wendy and Ed.
