Group decision, we set off on a meander around Foster. First a foray up the rail trail to the Prom road and then back down into town. We circumnavigated the oval then walked along Station Street to the Kitchen Table for morning tea. Amidst much banter a lively unofficial activities discussion ensued with many suggestions and ideas.
From the cafe we toured through Pearl Park, a few back streets, the community garden and the playground at the oval, where further action occurred. We finished the walk back at the station at 12 midday. And guess what , we only experienced a few drops of rain and we all enjoyed a great day out.
