The 2022 Annual General Meeting of the South Gippsland Walking and Adventure Club is to be held at the Leongatha RSL on Wednesday 19 October 2021 for dinner, commencing at 6:30pm

The business of the annual meeting will be as follows:

Agenda

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting
2. To receive and consider the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Club during the preceding year
3. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Club for the 202-22 financial year
4. To elect committee members
5. To confirm the annual subscription and joining fee

All relevant papers and reports will be available for viewing on the club website closer to the date of the meeting

Members are encouraged to consider nominating for Committee positions for the coming year.
