Arrive at 6pm to order meals, or arrive between 6 and 7 if not dining
The meeting will commence after the Ode of Remembrance just after 7pm
We will not have a guest speaker at this meeting as we have a lot of club business to get through.

1. Acceptance of minutes, November 2024 Meeting Minutes
2. Introductions and updates from your committee members (This will include the finance and activities reports)
3. Future Meetings: What should they look like, General, Planning and Committee. Where and when? Proposals and options.
4. Disposal of certain assets. Background, update and proposal for members authoriation to proceed.
