Mornington Peninsula Base Camp
Three days walking and exploring Mornington Peninsula on Port Phillip Bay and Westernport sides of the Peninsula. Day walks either 2 shorter or one longer, less than 20 km. Partners are welcome, as there is plenty to do on the Peninsula, should they not want to walk.
Meeting at 10:00 Friday 20th June in the car park near Anthony's Nose Boat Ramp off Point Nepean Road, Dromana.
Base Camp accommodation TBC, hopefully at Capel Caravan Park, 349 Eastbourne Rd, Capel Sound. Phone 03 598 6887. Participants are to arrange their own accommodation to meet their requirements, cabin, camper/caravan or tent.
Weather appropriate clothing, footwear, walking poles & daypack required for walking bush, headlands and sandy beaches.
