Meet Graham Clements in the car park between the rail trail at the back of the CFA building in Welshpool. A car shuffle will occur between Port Welshpool and Welshpool. Arrive by 9.00am to commence the walk.

There are two parts to this walk.

Part 1. This walk is an easy walk along flat walking tracks. The walk commences at the rail trail that will take you directly to the eastern end of Port Welshpool. Toilets can be located at the end of the street which is the extension of the rail trail.

There will be time to walk and explore the foreshore, Port facilities, then the Long Jetty walk. The Jetty is about 3km return, the longest Jetty in Victoria.

Walkers will then return by car to Welshpool for refreshments at the Cafe.

Part 2. Convoy from Welshpool to Agnes Falls to enjoy the ambience of this area.

Toilets are located at Welshpool adjacent to the car park, and at Port Welshpool.

Brings snacks and water for any stops along the way. Sunscreen, hats and appropriate attire is recommended. Insect repellant may aid your comfort whilst walking. 

Morning tea/Lunch will be available at Welshpool.
