Blue Rock Paddling

Saturday 19th October

Come and enjoy the tranquil waters of the Old Tanjil River whilst you hone your navigational skills weaving between the standing trees of the long flooded valley.  Discover the hidden diving board, rock walls and the magic that is Blue Rock.  An easy 2 -3 hour paddle - BYO lunch (food).  All welcome.

WHEN:  Saturday 19th October

WHERE:  meet at the Boat Ramp, Old Tanjil Road, Willow Grove - if you go to the boat ramp at the dam wall you are in the wrong place!

WHAT TO BRING:
All participants must wear shoes whilst paddling, comfortable clothing with due regard for the forecast weather. Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, light spray jacket that can go over your life jacket are recommended. BYO snacks/lunch on the day and at least 600ml of drinking water. A small basic first aid kit is a recommended piece of paddle equipment.
