SGWAAC Annual General Club Meeting 2025

Arrive at 6pm to order meals
The meeting will commence at 7pm

Friends and family are invited (Although they will not be able to vote)

NOTE: Previous meeting minutes and the annual financial report are available on the club's web site. However, documents will be displayed on screen and hard copies will be available during the meeting.

Acceptance of Previous Minutes 

Annual Report to be presented by the President and Treasurer

Finance Report for 2024/2025 to be presented for approval

Fees for 2026/2027 to be set. Proposal offered to club members for for a small increase in next years fees

Budget for 2025/2026 to be presented for approval

All current committee stand down and roles become vacant

Respected long standing financial member takes over as the chair of the meeting

Elections for new committee to be held

New committee elected, confirmation of any roles remaining vacant

New President accepts role and welcomes the new commitee
